Personal Training

Personal Training is THE most effective way to get the results for your body that you’ve always wanted.  The Busy Body private training studio ensures that there are no distractions or waiting for equipment, and the focus is all about you and your goals!

Your complete body transformation package will include the following services (click the title above to show/hide details):

  • Monitored and progressive training plan for each session
  • Injury prevention and rehabilitation from injury
  • Posture analysis and improvement
  • Focus pad boxing warm up
  • Full body stretching to improve flexibility
  • 2 minute massage to conclude every session

Stretching - glute mediusUpon registering as a new client of Busy Body Personal Training, you will receive a Welcome Pack which includes a personalised introductory letter and professional boxing merchandise for the very fun and energising focus pad boxing (which can either be a warm up exercise or a complete cardio session!).  At the first training session, you will be presented with a Busy Body Personal Training branded towel, water bottle, and padded boxing hand wraps (a combined value of over $60).

There is a network of preferred GPs, physiotherapists, nutritionists, and ortho-bionomy and massage specialists to attend to your every needs – and to ensure your health is in the best possible hands. Whatever your goals, you can be confident your investment in a new healthy lifestyle has the full support and backing of allied health professionals.

Your Busy Body fitness specialist will determine your personal requirements at an initial health and goal setting consultation. The training packages offered are as follows:

Professional:

  • 1 x specialised Personal Training session per week
  • Body composition tracking every 8 weeks

Championship:

  • 2 x specialised Personal Training sessions per week
  • 1 x group fitness class per week
  • 1 x nutrition plan
  • Body composition tracking every 6 weeks

Ultimate:

  • 3 x specialised Personal Training sessions per week
  • Unlimited group fitness classes
  • 3 x nutrition plans per year
  • 1 x 45 minute sports massage per month
  • Body composition tracking every 4 weeks

Busy Body Boot Camp (Group Fitness)

Busy Body offers a great value group fitness program for anyone who feels more comfortable in a group environment, or has a limited budget (click the title above to show/hide details).

Low pulley rowThe sessions concentrate on significantly improving performance in the following areas:

  • Cardio endurance
  • Speed
  • Agility
  • Power
  • Functional strength
  • Core strength

Sessions are also conducted in the Ben Lomond PT studio. The studio opens up to a large carpark area for great indoor/outdoor flow, and plenty of space for the massive variety of exercises on offer!

Each session starts with an interactive and fun warm up game, stretching of the major muscle groups, then a variety of challenging and rewarding exercises, followed by a cool down and stretching of the same major muscle groups to end. A large range of equipment is provided to use during the exercises, such as dumbbells, cones, padded mats, weight plates and agility ladders.

Certain session types also feature strength endurance exercises, utilising the machine based strength equipment within the studio. There is a huge variety of session types so you’ll never get bored, and your body will never get adjusted… meaning you’ll always get results from every session!

Every exercise will be fully explained and demonstrated by the fitness professional conducting the session. For circuit training based activities, laminated instruction cards will be provided at each station.

Each session will have a maximum of 8 participants so that the fitness professional can safely monitor your technique, and provide encouragement and support on a more personal basis.

Investment amount

Your first session is always free, so that you can decide if the group fitness environment is right for you.

To continue enjoying the benefits of group fitness sessions, you can purchase either a “4-pack” or “8-pack” concession card, or 4-week unlimited access. The 4-pack provides 4 anytime sessions for $80 ($20 per session). The 8-pack gives you 8 anytime sessions for $140 (just $17.50 per session). This represents great value, and the card system is very convenient.

4-week unlimited access is $180, and is designed for people aiming for 3 or more sessions per week. At 3 sessions per week, the rate works out to just $15 per session… and it only gets better the more frequently you go!
