My training session with Ross (aka Flossy!) are always good fun and produce great results. One more than one occasion Ross pushed my to achieve my personal best. He is always very supportive and encouraging. Ross would be my Personal Trainer of choice, he has a brilliant knowledge base but more importantly takes my goals into consideration and motivates me accordingly. I would definitely recommend Ross to my friends.
Just wanted to say thanks for the training. I won my club champs in singles (for badminton), despite my terrible draw! I felt lie my muscles really responded well and I had longer endurance than before. I also have more muscle definition and my posture has improved significantly.
I contacted Ross from Busy Body Personal Training after a chat he held on how to to train smarter for the Auckland Marathon.
